MK Tech & Soft ("we", "us", "our") is a technology services business based in Pakistan, providing laptop and computer repair, software installation, hardware upgrades, networking, web development, AI automation and IT training. This policy explains what information we collect through www.mktechsoft.net and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form on this site we collect what you type into it:
- Service bookings — name, phone number, email, device details, preferred date and your description of the problem
- Course registrations — name, phone, email, chosen course, city and message
- Product orders — name, phone, email, items ordered, delivery preference, notes and any payment proof you upload
- Contact messages — name, phone, email, subject and message
- Laptop enquiries — name, phone, budget, purpose and message
- Newsletter signups — your email address
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the phone number and the contents of that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps. This is used for security, performance and aggregate statistics.

8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and booking records — up to 24 months, so we can handle follow-up work and warranty claims
- Order and payment records — as long as accounting and tax law requires
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe
- Aggregate analytics — retained per the analytics provider's settings
- Payment proof files — deleted after the order is verified and delivered, unless needed for a dispute
9. Your rights
You may ask us to:

- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

10. How we protect data
We use HTTPS across the whole site, restrict access to submitted data, and keep only what we need. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures, and we never store card numbers on this site.
11. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revision date appears at the top of the page; material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
