1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of www.mktechsoft.net and any service, course or digital product you obtain from MK Tech & Soft. By using this website or engaging our services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
We provide computer and laptop repair, desktop PC assembly and repair, Windows and software installation, virus and malware removal, data recovery, hardware upgrades, networking and WiFi setup, printer setup, CCTV and accessories, web and AI development, digital marketing, IT training and digital products.
Service availability depends on parts, model support and workload. Descriptions on this website are general; the exact scope of any job is confirmed in your written quote or booking confirmation.
3. Bookings and quotes
- A booking submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it with you.
- Inspection and diagnosis is free for most repairs. If a diagnostic fee applies it is stated before work begins.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- If we find additional faults during work, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Work is never carried out beyond the agreed quote without your consent.
- You may cancel a booking at any time before work starts, at no cost.
4. Repair work and warranty
- Repairs carry a 30-day warranty covering the specific repair performed and the parts we supplied.
- The warranty does not cover: new or unrelated faults; physical damage, liquid damage or impact after collection; damage caused by third parties opening the device; software problems caused by viruses, reinstallation by another party, or user changes; consumables such as thermal paste, batteries with normal capacity loss, or ink and toner.
- Warranty claims require the original order reference. Bring the device in for inspection.
- Where a device is beyond economical repair, we will tell you and will not charge for labour on work not performed.
- Parts replaced at your request are returned to you on collection unless you ask us to dispose of them.
- Devices not collected within 60 days of a completion notice may be dealt with as uncollected property, after we have tried to contact you using the details you provided.
5. Data and backup responsibility
- Some repairs — particularly Windows reinstallation, drive replacement and virus removal — may involve data loss. We back up where it is practical to do so, but we cannot guarantee that every file will survive a failing or infected drive.
- We are not liable for data loss, corruption or disclosure arising from a repair, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Wherever possible, we advise you on backing up before work starts. Please follow that advice.
- We access only the data necessary to complete the work. We do not browse, copy or retain your personal files.
6. Digital product orders
- Digital products are delivered by download link to the email address or WhatsApp number you provide, after payment is confirmed.
- You must provide a working email address or phone number. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
- Licences, activation keys and installation files are for the number of devices stated in the product description.
- You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share any digital product purchased from us.
7. Courses and registrations
- Course registration is confirmed once we contact you and the fee arrangements are agreed. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee a seat.
- Course fees, timings and duration are confirmed at registration and may vary by course.
- Fees are payable as agreed at registration. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
- We may reschedule a class for reasons including trainer availability or low enrolment; you may choose an alternative batch or a refund of fees for the affected portion.
- Course content, materials and recordings are for your personal learning only and may not be shared, resold or published.
8. Pricing and payment
- Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice. The price confirmed in your quote applies to your job.
- Fees for courses vary depending on the course.
- Payment methods are shown at checkout: bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, with card payment where available.
- For repair work, payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. For large jobs a deposit may be required before parts are ordered.
- We may require payment proof upload for digital product orders before delivery.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, guides, layout, design, code, graphics and course materials — belongs to MK Tech & Soft unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to our articles. You may not copy substantial portions, republish our content as your own, or use it commercially without written permission.
Third-party trademarks, product names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Mentioning a brand does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
10. Acceptable use of this website
